Cancellation Policy

 

To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and to accommodate the needs of all our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

Appointment Cancellation:

We understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be in need of care.

 

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy :

Cancellations made less than 24 hours’ time will be considered late cancellations and charged at £20.

 

If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a “no-show” and charged at full appointment price.

 

This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the unused appointment time and ensures that our clinic operates efficiently for all patients.

 

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have a legitimate reason for missing your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

 

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone at 07402 312335 or email us during clinic hours. You may also leave a voicemail or text-message if you are unable to reach us directly via phone call. By scheduling an appointment with Good Health chiropractic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.
